Our assets

The company’s founding partner, a qualified Chartered Accountant in Paris with a Master degree in Corporate Finance from Sorbonne University, has gained an invaluable post qualification experience in auditing and transaction services while working for an International Auditing and Accounting company and other Parisian Auditing and Accounting firms.

We have numerous strategic assets to meet our client needs:

• Strong background and skills in different service lines (e.g. auditing, legal auditing, transaction services, valuation, forecasting, chartered accounting…), industries (e.g. manufacturing, real estate, health, services, IT, holding…) and various types of ownership (e.g. family businesses, listed companies, LBOs…);

Our approach

After the first contact, a meeting is organised with the client in order to understand his/her needs. Then, a thorough plan is prepared and sent. Finally, the signature of an engagement letter, showing the respective responsibilities of both parties, crystallises the acceptance of the offer by the client.
Whatever the nature of the project, a one-off or a permanent assignment, an active communication is established with the client throughout the mission (e.g. regular reports, additional documentation requests…). A final meeting is held to present our findings and our conclusions.
